1. Warranty and Aftercare
- All services include a 3-day warranty period, covering issues related to product quality or application.
- The warranty does not cover self-inflicted damage, such as biting, scratching, improper use of nails, or lifting caused by external force.
- Repairs due to biting, misuse, or accidental breakage are paid per nail.
- Damage occurring after 3 days is not covered under warranty and is subject to standard repair fees.

2. Aftercare Instructions – What You Should and Shouldn’t Do
❌ Avoid:
- Biting or picking your nails – this can cause serious damage and expose you to toxins.
- Swimming or soaking your nails within 24 hours after the service (can affect adhesion).
- Using tanning beds or exposing nails to high heat immediately after application (may cause lifting or irritation).
- Direct contact with cleaning products – always use gloves.
- Wearing nails longer than 3–4 weeks without refill or removal – this can lead to nail bed damage or product separation.

✅ Do:
- Use cuticle oil daily to keep your nails hydrated.
- Book refills every 2–3 weeks to maintain nail health and product strength.
- Contact me immediately if you notice unusual lifting, irritation, or sensitivity.

3. Client Responsibility and Health Disclosure
- By booking a service, you confirm that you have been informed of all aftercare advice and accept full responsibility for any damage resulting from not following the provided instructions.
- You must inform me in advance of any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or nail pathologies (e.g., fungus, eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, etc.).
- If you fail to disclose, hide, or withhold such information, I cannot be held responsible for any reactions, damage, or health issues that occur during or after the service.
- If you knowingly choose to proceed with a service despite allergies or nail pathology, you do so entirely at your own risk.
- If you suffer from HIV or any other transmissible disease, you must inform me in advance. I reserve the right to refuse the service if I do not possess the appropriate tools or conditions to ensure the safety of other clients.

4. Pregnancy and Child Safety
- Pregnant clients must inform me prior to booking or during consultation.
- Gel-based products are not recommended during pregnancy due to potential exposure to chemical ingredients, and services will only be performed at the client’s own risk.
- Clients with small children are advised to choose shorter nail lengths to avoid accidental scratches or injuries.

5. Minor Clients (Under 18 Years Old)
- Services will not be provided to clients under 15 years of age.
- For clients aged 15–17, bookings must be made by a parent or legal guardian.
- Written consent from the parent or guardian is required before any service can be performed.
- By providing consent, the parent or guardian accepts full liability and responsibility for all potential risks associated with the service, including allergic reactions, sensitivity, or product-related effects.
- Failure to provide guardian consent prior to the appointment will result in service refusal.

6. Safety, Sterilization, and Product Standards
- All tools are fully sterilized after each client using approved disinfection methods.
- All products used are EU-compliant, cruelty-free, and free from TPO (Trimethylbenzoyl Diphenylphosphine Oxide) — a banned substance sometimes found in low-quality gels.
- For safety reasons, clients must not touch or handle professional tools, gels, or electrical devices in the salon.

7. Service Modification and Client Confirmation
- Once the materials (such as builder gel, hard gel, or polish) are applied, it is not possible to change the product type, color, or extend the nails within the same session.
- Nails can be shortened within reasonable limits, depending on the product stage and structure, but no major design or length changes can be made once curing has started.
- I will always confirm with the client before final application to ensure they are satisfied with the chosen color, length, and shape.
- After the product is applied and cured, I cannot be held responsible for any dissatisfaction related to color or design changes.
- If the client insists on changes after the application has begun, an additional charge will apply and may require a separate appointment.

8. Right to Refuse Service
- Services may be refused or terminated if nail fungus, infection, or any visible nail disease is detected.
- Services may also be refused or terminated immediately in cases of verbal or physical abuse, harassment, or disrespectful behavior.
- In such cases, the full fee for the booked session will still apply.

9. Cancellations and Delays
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are subject to the full service fee.
- If you are more than 10 minutes late, the service may need to be shortened to fit the available time and will still be charged at the original price.
- If you are more than 30 minutes late, I reserve the right to cancel the appointment and charge 50% of the booked service fee to cover the reserved time slot.

10. Refill Time and Product Responsibility
- If you return for refill or removal after more than 3 weeks, I cannot guarantee the durability or performance of the product.
- Overgrown nails can cause lifting, breakage, or nail bed damage, and the client assumes full responsibility for any damage caused by extended wear.

11. Sensitivity and Health Reactions
- Please inform me if you experience unusual sensitivity related to hormonal, medical, or health conditions.
- Such factors can affect your tolerance to cuticle work or the product’s adhesion.
- Any discomfort or reaction caused by undeclared conditions cannot be refunded or claimed against the technician.

12. Final Acknowledgment
- By booking a service, you acknowledge that you have been informed of all health, safety, and aftercare instructions and accept full responsibility for following them.
- You agree that the technician (Dina Cravcenco) is not liable for any damages, reactions, or health issues resulting from hidden conditions, non-disclosure, or services performed at your own request and risk.
